That’s because, in order for a boat plan to be suitable for YOU, it must fulfil certain criteria (especially if you are a beginner). No matter how enthusiastic and eager to start you are, complex instructions can be a put-off. You need plans that are easy to follow and yet comprehensive.<br />
The boat plans on MyBoatPlans.com are the creation of Martin Reid. He’s a Master Boat Builder and a member of American Boatbuilders. He’s got 17 years’ experience behind him and he grew up with a love of boatbuilding while watching (and helping) his dad build boats. He built his first boat as a small boy and after a pause of a few years, started building again. His efforts met with frustration until he met a master boat builder, who worked with him for some time and passed on a lot of valuable information to him.<br />

He knows first-hand about the frustration and difficulty that any boat builder will face and he covers these in the book. The plans do not require any expertise from yourself in the area of boatbuilding – you could actually start from scratch even if you had no experience of boatbuilding. And with over 200 plans to choose from, you should be able to find one that id to your liking. And everything from canoes to submarines are covered.<br />

<p>When you go from owning a model train set that you run on the kitchen table to building a model railway in your basement you will probably be concerned about the cost.</p>
<p><strong>Some passionate model railroaders have spent thousands of dollars on building their model railroads. </strong></p>
<p>But, you don&#8217;t need to spend that much on building your model train layout. Your model railroading can cost as little or as much as you want.</p>
<p><strong>Here are 4 great tips you can use when building your model railroad:</strong></p>
<p>1) To create tall mountains use the pink styrofoam used for insulation in homes. It&#8217;s inexpensive and can easily be sculpted with a knife. You must use the pink rigid styrofoam and not the white extruded beadboard.</p>
<p>2) To create small trees look for flowers and shrubs with small leaves. These can be sprayed with a diluted glue and then dip them into green foliage. The foliage is available at a hobby store and comes in bags. Check out craft stores and look for sprigs of fake pine and display trees.</p>
<p>3) Use kitty litter for ballast. Make sure it is the type that doesn&#8217;t clump together. This is so much cheaper than buying a huge amount of ballast from the hobby shop.</p>
<p>4) If you want to model a chain-link fence on your model railroad, use screen wire like they use in security doors or windows. Cut it at a 45 degree angle and use piano wire cut to length for the fence posts.</p>

<p>Part of the fun in model trains is creating something from nothing. Buying a kit from a hobby shop is easy but there is nothing better than telling people how you created the trees from twigs or the fence from old screen wire. Model railroading is a great hobby.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Most people nowadays have an excess of abdominal fat. In the United States, up to 70 per cent of the population are now considered obese. One of the main problems with abdominal fat is that it’s unsightly, and of course when you’ve got it, your abs can’t be seen – your body is just not a pretty sight.</p>
<p>Not only is abdominal fat unsightly, it also poses a health risk. Research has shown that this particular form of body fat is particularly dangerous to have.</p>
<p>If you have fat in your abdominal area, it is one of two types – subcutaneous or visceral. Subcutaneous fat is located just under the surface of your skin and it conceals your abdominal muscles (‘abs’).  The visceral type of fat lies deeper down in your abdomen and is found between the organs. This is more of a risk that the subcutaneous type, although both types have been shown to be potentially damaging to your health.</p>
<p>Visceral fat, in particular, can lead to conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. In extreme cases, it can lead to a stroke. And there is also a risk of the development of various forms of cancer.</p>
<p>C-reactive protein (CRP) is a protein found in the blood, the levels of which rise in response to inflammation. With a higher than normal level of stomach fat, the levels of CRP are higher (so indicating inflammation). This can lead to serious health issues such as heart disease. Visceral fat actually releases more inflammatory molecules into the bloodstream regularly.</p>
<p>What can give rise to high levels of visceral fat? Eating too many carbohydrates and sugars, for one thing. A high-carb diet over many years can lead to the body’s resistance to insulin – which is essential in regulating the metabolism of fat in your body. Insulin achieves this by, among other activities, taking up excess glucose from the blood.</p>
<p>Too much fructose in your diet can cause result levels of visceral fat. Corn syrup (especially the high-fructose variety) is noted for this.</p>
<p>To improve the quality of your life (physically), you should make it your goal to get down your <a title="Truth About Abs" href="http://26dd4ds7f1umazagrgsfkyyvg7.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=howwe">abdominal fat</a> levels (in particular the visceral type). Watching your stomach flatten out as you take the required steps, has to be one of the most rewarding things about pursuing this goal.</p>
<p>It’s not a “quick fix” either – your best resources are to implement a diet plan that targets these types of fat, and back it up with suitable exercises.</p>
<p>And remember to get professional advice before starting any kind of exercise plan (especially those “bootcamp” ones).</p>

Effective exercise and training programs follow certain principles that allow it to help people keep fit. Exercise Variables How effective are the exercise routine that you follow would depend on certain factors. How you work over certain variables in exercise and fitness will help determine how fast you can lose weight, improve stamina or increase athletic performance. Here are the four exercise variables that you need to consider when trying to develop your own fitness program or regimen.</p>
<p>
Exercise Frequency- this refers to how often you exercise. The frequency will allow you to develop an exercise regimen that you can go into for a certain period on, let us say, a weekly basis. If you plan to work out for two days in a week, you can speed up getting results by adding another day of exercise for the week.</p>
<p>
Exercise Intensity- this refers to the level of physical activity of your exercise program. How hard you push yourself on each exercise session is also a factor in the effectiveness of an exercise and training program. For example, determining between bouts of jogging running and walking on one session would have different results. Doing more running rather than short bouts of walking or jogging would certainly have a different result from walking through each session most of the time.</p>
<p>
Type of Exercise- this refers to the type of exercise included in your regimen. There are different types of exercises to choose from with each type being able to build up a certain part of the body better than the other. Knowledge of these types of exercises can help you develop a certain regimen that can be focused on improving target portions of the body.</p>
<p>
Duration of Exercise- this refers to the time that is spent in doing the exercises. How long you stay in doing each exercise session will ultimately determine how fast or how slow that you get results. It may also be required to determine the duration of the exercise program along with the other exercise variables in order to either avoid injury or improve results.</p>
<p>
These exercise and training variables can be used in developing a certain exercise program that would allow better performance as well as results. You may be able to start with using the different exercise variables in a way that you feel comfortable with. Along the way, you can then change any or all of these variables to either increase the efficiency as well as to reach the target results. The variables can also be used ideally just to make the exercise program even more interesting once they start to become too routine.</p>
